Jack thought it was highly unlikely that he had left his Herbology book near the statue of Lachlan the Lanky, but ya never know. He dropped his school bag and crawled around to the back of the statue, just in case the book had fallen out of his bag and somehow ended up behind there. Nope.
As he crawled back out, he sat up too soon and hit his head hard on Lachlan's elbow. "Owwwww," he muttered, sitting down and rubbing his head. Gahhhh, he was NEVER going to find his book.
