Diane stared at the other boy for a few seconds. His word were coming out as some cryptic message. Said thought made Diane suddenly convulse with choking. "I guess the loss of points makes oneself interesting. You will definitely get people talk of you for hours. Can't say it's a favorable talk, much less if you want to avoid that much attention."

Her back hunched as she leaned over, an almost playful smile on her lips, "You are older than me, as in, second or third year, right?" Diane considered. "If you know where the Hospital Wing is, I could steal the potions you need. You won't get into trouble or get too much attention, and I can get into your secret." Her smile got a tint of a blush coloring her cheeks, yet never did she break eye contact even when the smile set her eyes into horizontal slits.

At the time the first year had excuses to provide and spare. She got momentarily distracted by someone saying a professor hexed a student. That started her; I didn't know they were so harsh in this school. 'Should say, conversation in this Slytherin table sounded some times interesting. It certainly sounded like they were up for some roughening.
