Lettie slid a small plate with some sweet foods on it towards Ott. "Dessert is good for you, eat up." She already had a chocolate filled spoon in her mouth.
"Why do you not enjoy the library? Too quiet?" Some people just hated places being too silent, which was alright as far as Lettie was concerned, she never had a moment's peace.
Ornlu's head popped into view again from under the table and he accepted a small treat from his girl.
"Oh, it's just that I thought I felt something brush against my leg...Never mind." he says with a glance under the table again.
Is that a foot? he wonders as his eyes get bigger, once he had looked again.
Popping his head back up at the word dessert, he smiles
"I should say, nothing better then dessert. Thank you!" he adds, taking the plate from her and taking a bite of the cake.
"Oh, about the library...it's just, that I never have time for reading, and haven't found anything I really wanted to read yet." shrugging
"I don't have anything against libraries or books, just never have time, I guess."
