Elizabeth walked into the Great Hall after making sure Bella got up to the dorm safely. If she'd thought she could manage it without getting into too much trouble, she probably would have snuck out to the grounds to visit Macavity, since she'd missed her kneazle over the summer. But she knew he was better off staying with Professor Morgan when she still had to deal with her parents, becoming an adult, all of that. Hopefully she was going to be able to take him with her after this term, since it was her last term at Hogwarts.
Her last term . . . Scary thought. And it wasn't any better given the awkwardness of the train ride, Seth ignoring her, Mari and Cayden just kind of being amused by the weirdness (even though she still thought Mari had been more on her side than not). And she still hadn't seen Robert again after that time in Diagon Alley, and as far as she knew Ludo was still elsewhere too. And that was bothering her more than she'd like to admit, which was probably why she was trying to focus more on getting Seth to talk to her. Glancing over at the Hufflepuff table, she quickly noted that he was there, but hadn't seemed to notice her, so she made her way to her own house table. Getting him to acknowledge her was just going to have to wait until they were somewhere other than a crowded Great Hall. Smiling as she saw Willow and Mariel, as well as several other Ravies she knew, both from Quidditch and elsewhere, she took a seat near the center, getting herself some pumpkin juice before scanning the Hall again for any of her good friends, or anyone who looked like they needed someone to talk to.
