So this was the great hall, it was...impressive!! Marcus had to admit that, he looked up at the ceiling and nodded at the enchanted ceiling. Seems they went all out in this place. He let his eyes scan the hall for a moment over all the students already sitting at their tables. Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw and Slytherin, he would have to remember that.

So where exactly was he supposed to sit? He turned his head to the left and spotted a table up on a dais and noted Caroline first and then the groundskeeper and he wasn't too sure who the other woman was. She hadn't been at the staff meeting surely. He would have noticed her, he was sure of it.

Sauntering casually up to the table he gave the groundskeeper a polite nod and promptly sat himself down in the vacant chair beside Caroline. "Good evening Miss Avalon, it's good to see you again." Marcus leaned forward ever so slightly so that he could get a good look at the woman on the other side. "I don't think we have met, Miss...?"
