Travis stared, unblinking, at Irial. Selfishly, he thought that Caitlin and Irial can never stop loving eachother or he'd be left alone. His heart beat in a painful cadence and he turned away from him, his forhead creasing in concern for both Caitlin and Irial. He remembered the first weeks, the first months with Caitlin, how she'd be feeling terribly ill and he'd have to stay with her constantly to keep her strong. "You can't die, Irial," he whispered, not really talking to him.
I'd kill you if you did. Where are you, Caitlin?
