She turned to smile at Irial but he suddenly decided to leave, only saying a quick goodbye to her. She looked around, suddenly at a loss for what to do without her tall friend to hide behind.

She looked directly at Diane before sitting on a seat near the door, realising what had made Irial go. She placed her bag neatly on her lap and folded her arms moodily. "You made my friend go away," she told Diane, looking at her from her side vision. "You're not nice, why did you do that?"
