She was tempted to scratch her head but then again, this was Kapoor. Never a dull moment with this one. Plus, the last time he had seen her feet they had probably been embarrassingly void of any footwear whatsoever.... oh Merlin.

Annie shook off a possible blush by sniggering to herself at the sight of Ian Ashby's eyebrows. Merlin's pants, he needed a personal assistant or barber or something. Though, since he was old and married...why bother? See this was precisely why she wasn't fond of marriage: old people like Kazimeriz just let themselves go......everywhere. Just like that.

Speaking of the old devil, apparently he wasn't too keen to see that young... thing ....either. Excellent. Bunbunz was about to pipe up and ask exactly why she was there too when she caught sight of Alessia Lupa across the room. EWWW MERLIN! Dear dear sweet Merlin someone get the girl a masquerade mask! It was like the face of death staring through her soul. Disgusting - if anyone needed some of Shaniqua's Shine-A-Fying Hair Solution, it was that woman. Ugh. May the fates have mercy on her as she knocked on death's door.

Annie shook off the wee bit of pity she felt for the Ancient Runes professor and turned her attention to the boss. She could dissect the others' appearances later....if she even dared to look at anyone else. Surely Lupa's looks weren't the result of something in the drinking water here? Perhaps Anastasia could stock up on firewhiskey and gillywaters and maybe even some of that Muggle Evian before school started...

Well he definitely didn't look as disgusting as Lupa; perhaps something was just internally wrong with the woman. It probably stemmed from her relation or friendliness to Kazimeriz....yes...that was surely it.

And where was the other new staff member? Perhaps it would be someone nice and friendly and TOTALLY new, not like that annoying Lawson or little cherry pie intern. Tuttutt.
