Once he was up in his room he grabbed the guitar and ran back down thr stairs. But then looked into the kitchen, everything looked ok. He couldn't quite see if Mel was looking at him but if she was he then gave her a thumbs up and smiled.
"You really think Gryffindor is the best for me?" Nick asked. "So is it true the castle is really big?" He asked curiously.
Emily turned her head back to Melinda when she heard her question. "Well now I am a full time mim and wife. But when we were first married I was a healer at St. Mungos. But then when Nick was born I thought it was best to stay home with the boys." She said.
Melinda could hear a movement upstairs. Who could it be, she didn't see anyone actually walk up, or did she? Then, she noticed Chris with his guitar along. He was going to play to Chalice and Lena. Ooh...that was sure sweet. But wait, what were those little butterflies in the stomach that make a whole revolution when she knew he was with another girl, oh yeah...Jealousy!! She was about to get jealous, but now way she was going to show it. She looked up at Chris and smiled at him.
"Surely the best, for both answers. You are up for Gryffindor and sleep at the highest tower at the whole school. Next comes the house I belonged to, Ravenclaw. Hogwarts is just magic..." Melinda commented with a sigh and a great smile running through her face remembering how peaceful it was to just stay at her Common Room or go to the lake.
Melinda listened to Emily's story. How come she never knew anything about them? Chris was just too...quiet for his own good. " Oh, that's interesting and it sure comes in handy if one of the boys gets sick." She said, taking another sip of her water. "Would you be back if you had the chance, Mrs. Kaplan?" She asked, curiously.
