- Fleur Delacour: veela hair - rosewood, 9 1/2", inflexible
- Viktor Krum: Dragon heartstring - hornbeam, 10 1/14" quite rigid
- Cedrig Diggory: single unicorn hair - pleasantly springy, 12 1/4"
