The professor listened to the Headmaster's speech with great interest. At the mention of their House Cup victory, Iliana smiled down at the Ravenclaw table and started to clap. "Lovely speech, sir." She said as he collapsed in his chair. Life as Headmaster must be exhausting work. Especially at Hogwarts. Quote:

Iliana absentmindedly reached into the outer pocket of her robes. As the parchment touched her fingers, she eagerly turned her head towards the crowded Hufflepuff table and smiled. Hearing Annie's response brought her back to their conversation and she swung her head back around to face her. She couldn't help but laugh a little at the dragon comment. That was an amazing day. Even if it had turned out all wrong. "Trust me Annie, it will be something right up your alley." She said, giving her a wink. And at that moment, she realized how much she liked Annie. She wasn't sure why the realization came to her so suddenly but didn't think twice about it. Instead she raised her goblet towards Annie and said, "To next term." ...and new friendships. She added in her head as she took a sip of water.
Setting her glass back on the table, Iliana said. "If you'll excuse me. I'll be right back." Then she pushed her chair from the table, stood up and walked away, straightening her robes as she went.
