Ian lumbered on up to the dias and made way to his seat at the staff table. He greeted his colleagues with a nod as he passed each of them, and flopped down onto his chair. He paid no attention to the squeaks and groans with which the chair protested, and instead stared out at the students with a wide grin on his face. What a fantastic year it had been! He couldn't believe it was already over, too!
