Cale couldn't believe it as he walked down to the feast. This was the last time he'd ever eat a meal in this hall. That he'd ever BE in this hall, period. ANNNNND the last time he'd probably see a lot of these people. He looked around, soaking in all the faces of the students at the other three tables, making mental notes about who had to go to say goodbye to later. He'd have to do most of the farewells on the train.

Farewells. That was what was making him depressed right now. He didn't WANT to say goodbye to a lot of these people--he'd miss them too much. Could he just take them all with him to the Ministry? That'd be so fun!
