Double Agent Stamps! Abby gets on the plane and finds a seat. This isn't going to be so bad. The seat are comfortable. They even recline back. This will pobably be more fun than flying a broom. Everythings okay until the plane starts going down the runway. The engines suddenly start roaring. The plane starts head straight up. Abby's tempted to take out her wand and tell the pilot to stop the plane. She wants to get off. Then they get airborne and things kind of settle down some. Abby swears she heard some of the students say it would take 10 hours to get to San Jose. I guess that sounds right. It seemed to take the plane forever to get to San Francisco, and San Jose is suppose to be a suburb of it. Abby settles back and studies her map. She can't make heads or tails of the streets. I think that's the HP Pavilion, but I can't figure how to get there from the airport. Everything looks so small on these maps. They should really move like wizard maps do. You can just point to where you want to go, and the map shows you the way. This is ridiculous. Abby tries to fold the map up. She doesn't have much better luck with that than she does with reading it. Abby finds the seat in front of her has a pocket. She shoves the map in there. I think I'll just look out the window for a while. I'm sure there will be someone at the airport who can tell me how to get to the HP Pavilion at San Jose.
Abby falls asleep for a while. The stewardess announcing the passanger should buckle their seatbelts wakes her up. She watches the muggle in the seat next to her buckle his seatbelt. Abby does the same and grabs the arm rests. I think I like flying better at night. It so much easier take all these takeoffs and landing when she's three quarts asleep. When the plane lands, Abby gets off with the rest of the students. |
