At some point, Copernicus fell asleep, which was good. The time passed quickly and he awoke, drooling on Plymouth's shoulder, just before landing. many hours later, Anna woke to the sound of Copernicus mumbling about something from his seat. "Cope," she grumbled, squinching up her face and rolling over to sleep some more. At some point throughout the flight, she and Cale had started holding each other's hand in their sleep. Awww, how sweet. Anna squeezed his hand tightly and the tried to fall back asleep. A few of Cope's words reached her ears, though, like "taxi" and "Pavilion." Anna's eyes popped open and she pushed Cale lightly to wake up.
"We're here?!? Oh my gosh, we're here?!?" Anna shrieked. "I haven't even repaired my hair or anything! Oh my gosh, I'll be right back!" Jumping up from her seat, Anna dashed to the plane's tiny bathroom, popping out fifteen minutes later all dolled up and ready for the concert. Walking back to the gang, Anna smiled politely and said, "Alright, a cab it is. Come on. Let's get out of here." As soon as they were able to exit, Anna dashed to the door of the plane and hopped off, ready to find that cab Cope had mentioned.
