Qaz managed to say
'Thank You, Professor. I appreciate it' while the tears were still streaming down her face.
She moved off a bit and started to wipe herself down. Luckily, the solution worked wonders. The marshmallow goo came right off. It took all of the towels but she managed to get it off, at least what she could reach. Her broom had a nice little sponge bath too. In fact, it looked better than it did before the Final had started. She must not have done a very good job after the last Quidditch match.
Qaz tossed the now dirty towels under the table and went for a couple of dry ones. Once she had dried herself and her broom off, she noticed that the tears were gone, too. Hopefully, nobody had seen them mixed in with all the goop.
Suffieciently recovered, she moved up and watched the others struggle, happy that her ordeal was over and feeling a lot of sympathy for those still out there.
