A man who had taught him so much of what he knew? He had accepted because he could not see anyway out of it without embarassing Alessia and making himself out to be whiny and ridiculous in the process. What had he been supposed to say? Alessia Lupa you scare me and you destroyed my cheese man while attempting to coerce me into taking you out for pie? Zan liked Alessia well enough, but she was frightening!

None of this showed on his face however and he checked himself over again before holstering his wand and nodding at Miranda, "If you'd like to join us you are welcome, but otherwise would you mind shutting the door once you have chosen a picture? I shall be in the dueling arena if anyone has need of me."

Truebridge turned to Kayla and followed her through the door.
"So we can stop in and get that book for you from the gallery."
