How cute was what?! Evangeline honestly couldn't bring herself to wake him up, not when he looked so peaceful and cute and squeee!
Infact, she wanted to get into the cage, snuggle up to him and sleep. Hehe.
Slowly opening the cage, hoping she wouldnt wake him up, Evangeline knelt down. Then she managed to refill his bowl with fresh water, taking the other bowl she had brought him from her bag and filling it with milk. She wondered if he'd like that. Hmmm. Then, she refilled his food dish with dead beetles and some coconut sweets. Though not many because they werent good for him.
Unable to resist hierself, Evangeline reached out and slowly and gently stroked Greenie's green skin, recoiling her hand when the Clabbert moved. EEP! That was close. "Sweet dreams, sweetie." She smiled and arranged the feathers in which he was sleeping in before closing the cage and slowly leaving. |
