Hogwarts RPG Name: Margaret Jacqueline Atkinson Morris Fifth Year | Visit #2 Potter’s Princess A+ FangGirl Just a few hours after she left the nursery, Melly walked back in, this time not feeling as relunctant to meet Rumple as she had before. And why? Well, because she had found that other students had been giving their jarveys pellet! Woohoo! No more need to having to run to the kitchens to get raw meat or to have to run away before Rumple at it! Wasn't that absolutely and simply great? Now she COULD treat Rumple like it deserved to and maybe, juuust maybe, she could teach it to eat other things instead of gnomes and stuff. Truth to be told, she doubted that would happen but she could always hope, right? Like Peter Pan had said, "All you need is faith, trust and pixie dust". Now, she didn't have pixie dust (not yet anyway) but she did have plenty of faith and trust, so why not give it a try?
Just as she was done with those thoughts, she kneeled by Rumple, only to find that it had curled into a white furball. Aww... He actually looked very, very cute. How come she hadn't noticed it earlier? Oh. Right. The gnomes.
"Hey Rumple, you awake?," She asked the tiny thing in a whisper, an honest smile dangling on her lips. But, again, no answer came, which, in a way, was an answer for itself. Rumple was, indeed, sleeping, and Melly couldn't help but wonder just what it was that was going through the tiny thing's mind. It would better not be dreaming of chasing gnomes or she wouldn't be happy. Nuh uh, she wouldn't.
Sighing as she realised that she was doing nothing there seeing as he was in dreamland, Mel merely changed its water before walking out of the nursery again. However, she didn't do it without peeking at the little bundle one last time and grinning at it. Yes, they were going to become pretty good friends, she was sure of it. First, though, she needed to make him trust her and for that he'd need to be awake. As for her, she'd have to bring something that would captivate his attention. The question was, what would that be?
__________________ I gotta go back to the muggle world,
they're gonna try and tell me this wasn't, that none of this happened,
but you know what? It was real. It did happen.
We spent time here. We made friends here. That's a part of us.
Cause Hogwarts is bigger than any of us, of any of it's founders,
and it's going to be around long after we're gone.
Maybe we'll see our kids come here one day.
That's the thing about Hogwarts.
No matter how long you're away from it, there's always a way back. |
