Copernicus knew he was supposed to wait for Cela for their next flying adventure, but he just needed to visit Tiberius to let the little Abraxan know how amazing and cool and perfect he was first. Cope climbed into the stall and let himself be shoved against the door by the growing creature. "Okay, lad, okay... that's enough." He gently shifted out from his corner.
After a quick refill of the mash bucket and the water trough, Cope pulled out the curry and comb to make his Abraxan practically shine. Tiberius nuzzled the mash and enjoyed munching away while his coat was brushed. Soon, Tiberius was clean and the bucket was empty... but it was obvious Tiberius was still hungry.
"I'll have to up your feed," he came around and gave Tiberius a hug. "But you're such a brilliant one, Tib. Honestly. Your wings... and you flew and didn't get tired for such a long time. And you carried me!" He stroked Tiberius's neck for a while longer.
