And so she waited again. Really, though, if Willow thought about it, being in this exchange center was much more safe than being thrown into the Muggle world. Perhaps the boy would take his time doing whatever it was that he had to do.
"Sure thing," Jake nodded, scraping in one hundred of the galleons on the counter and carefully pushing the rest back towards the girl. Reaching under the counter for the readymade bundle of american currency, Jake twisted his sun visor round again.
"Here you go," he said, standing up on tiptoes to reach over the counter and hand the money to the Ravenclaw.
"You can count it's all there if you want... five hundred american dollars... Use it well, and good luck," Jake gave a last smile and waited for her to take it so he could get off his tiptoes.
