What would she see? A life of grandeur? Or would she see what he saw? Something simpler, not all that different than a reflection of them now arm in arm.
Krissy walked carefully around the professor who looked rather peeky.
"I don't know if this is a good idea lad..." Unable to resist she looked into the mirror and saw what she had always known she would. the color drained from her face and she looked even paler than normal. Tears welled in her eyes.
"Oh... I knew this wasn't a good idea." She whispered in her lilting brogue.
