"I didn't get to see it...but I wish I could've! I bet it was spectacular! Was it?" she remembered the cake she had in her hands, and took a bite. She watched as Rachel sent a letter to Willow, and laughed. That was probably the best means of communication at the moment, if you wanted to talk to the hero of the day - Willow Kovac.
"Thanks. Yeah, it was amazing!!! Really spectacular - I was out of breath just by watching them play!" she said, grinning from ear to ear.
"It's a shame you didn't see it though, and if it's any comfort; I only saw the second half," she added, not quite knowing how to comfort her. The fact that she was leaving made the phrase, 'There's always next year,' quite useless. Grinning as Rian laughed at the letter, she shrugged and said defensively,
"Hey, it's probably the only mean of communication that doesn't involve pushing and shoving." Picking up her cake again, she nibbled on the second bit, content with just watching people celebrate, feeling happier by the second.
Jake's going to be getting one heck of a letter after this... Poor Sky.
