As reported yesterday, J.K. Rowling was invited, along with spouses of the G20 summit committee, last night to a dinner at the State Room at No 11, next door to the Prime Minister's home at 10 Downing Street.

This Thursday evening Jo and the spouses, including U.S. First Lady, Michelle Obama, will attend an opera and ballet at the Royal Opera House in London, where she "will give a reading during the performance." It does not say whether or not she will read an extract from one of the Harry Potter books, or another story, but we will update with that information as soon as it is made available.
