As Laylee was heading for the lift, not even paying attintion, she heard Chandan behind her. "Oh, hello again! No, I guess we didnt get to far! Miles was showing me the house! I was interested." She said smiling.
Laylee began to get suspicious again as Miles went on about something that Chandan seemed uncomfortable about. She shook it off. If Chandan wanted her to know, he would tell her. As he mentioned his parents Laylee shivered. She was so nervous to meet his mom. What if she thought she was a nuisance?
Mystery Room and Wishing Well... What kind of a house was this. Her house was so simple. The only places in her house were the garden and the pond.
Laylee snapped back as Miles left. "See ya," She said quickly.
She turned to Chandan. "Okay, good, my arms are tired from all this luggage." She said smiling. "So... is Romulus a family friend?" She asked casually, hoping to learn more about the Saarik family.
