"We... we found the room by accident," Raiden said, voice shaking. "I thought I broke the frame, and I was playing with it... and it came open... and the Vannie Corbette showed up...and we came in and saw the mirror and we didn't know what it was exactly, and-"

He looked at the portrait, at the covered mirror, then at Vannie Corbette. His heart hadn't slowed down a single beat yet; it never took the potion this long to kick in.

"We looked into it. I know what I saw... But I don't know exactly what Vannie Corbette saw, something about her boyfriend's dad being not mean..." He bit his bottom lip and looked up at the Grey Lady, desperation overtaking him again. "It... it shows you wh-what you w-want most, right? Vannie Corbette says that it's the Mirror of Erised... but I don't think it's all that nice at all, showing you things you can never have."

He stepped closer to the covered mirror and put a hand against the sheet, the coolness of the glass seeping through.

"Miss Grey Lady... wh-what do you see when you look in this mirror?" He asked absently, his voice wavering still. "Does it do the same for ghosts as for humans? D-does it show you the thing you want most, even if it's not possible?"
