"Of course we'll help," Luna smiled as she and Hermione took on even more of Fred's weight.
It was a difficult time getting Fred up the stairs as he conveniently let himself drop a little so that Hermione and Luna both had to turn and wrap their arms around him to keep him from falling down the stairs. He certainly was a trusting fool. They finally made it to the door and Luna was completely out of breath. "So, there you are," she said, gesturing to the door with the hand that still held Fred's wrist.
"Thank you," Snape said. "But, I'd rather not bother Madam Pomfrey at this late hour. I'll call on her first thing in the morning."
He continued to carefully walk down the steps of the dungeon.
