Bad timing on his part. "Why is just telling the truth - telling them what happened - why is that not enough..?" Plymouth asked, genuinely curious.
Plymouth resumed his heavy breathing, keeping an eye on Kayla in case she decided to punch him in the face. He liked very much that Cedric just kept rolling - right on to the next subject. Plymouth was never sitting at the Hufflepuff table again.
"It'll make me feel better" she replied absently. Bloody hell, this was just as much her fault as it was Plymouth's. What had she been thinking? Going to give the guy a kiss on the cheek, when just hours ago she couldn't stand him.
Kayla stood back up and started pacing again and wiped her mouth unconsciously as if to try and rid the evidence that she had been kissed by someone else. She stopped her pacing and looked down at Plymouth, "I haven't kissed another boy since I've been with Nicholai...ugh I feel..."she pulled a face and made wobbly motions with her hands. Best not finish that sentence she didn't want to make him feel any worse.
"Cela, will probably understand" she nodded but then again, this was Kayla and Plymouth...so maybe not. "Oh I will be telling Nicholai, the truth but will it be enough? Highly unlikely...seeing how he thinks I am supposed to be kicking your butt for kissing Cela and not sitting down having tea with you and trying to kiss your cheek" she looked at him and arched her brow. "See my problem?" Of course he didn't, he had no idea what Nico was like. Okay maybe she should punch him in the face now!
