As you walk into Hogsmeade, towards the Three Broomsticks you notice that something is different. Right across the street, in between Honeydukes and Zonko’s is a new building; a large building at that. 1) Please keep chatter to a minimum, some every now and then is fine. But there are PLENTY of places in the Minister to talk about things unrelated to Cooper.
2) Absolutely NO, NONE, ZERO out of character responses. We have a OOC thread for that, which is right HERE. I encourage you to contribute! 
3) While myself and Dracos_Lady are "leading the campaign", I highly encourage you to get involved and incorporate any idea's you may have.
4) HAVE FUN! It's a RP, you're SUPPOSE to have some fun with it.
