Juniper turned her head to look at Clifford as he asked his question. It was a good question, but Juniper was far more worried about what would happen if a bird flew by when the Quod exploded. Would the bird be hurt then? Or if a beetle got caught in the explosion--the beetle would be barbequed, if Juniper's hypothesis was correct. Sure, it was all in favor of the game, but the fourth year would be sure to keep an eye out for birds and bugs nonetheless. She did not want to see any fried animals. Inhaling, Juniper pulled a smile to her face and kicked off the ground, paying only enough attention to the people around her that she would not fly into anybody. |
