Glancing at the mirror, he felt his heart do a little double step, a sign that he still needed to get himself under control. As he tried to remember the calm-down techniques his mum had taught him, his eyes strayed toward the portrait they'd come through to get in here; there were loud voices on the other side... and one of them sounded very familiar... That lisp, and odd accent...

With a nod, he continued, ignoring the loudness outside.

"You should just be you. And not mind what anyone else thinks, even if it's Miles' dad."
