With a short nod at his reply, Evangeline shook the hand he was offering her. "Evangeline Green, sixth year, Slytherin ..." But then again, he seemed to already know her name. Her last name anyway. Hmmm. She pondered on his words for a moment, pressing her lips together. She could understand why he was doing it, really. "Lupa seemed to have developed some kind of crush over my boyfriend .. it must've been that." Goodness, Evangeline thought the woman was over him already! Bleh! And then she had sent a poor student to challenge her.
She had heard Lupa had taken 5000 points away from Hufflepuff for a few hours, she didn't want the same to happen to Coper ... actually, she wouldn't exactly mind. Actually, she'd be very, very happy indeed.
Deciding that that particular thought should be kept secret, Evangeline shrugged her shoulders at the Ravenclaw's boy proposal. "So, you've challenged me. Can't we just skip the entire hexing part and just say I've won? Or lost, if that'll get you in Lupa's good graces." How very un-Slytherin-y of her. |
