She had that flowing, black hair that dreams are made of, where silk and glitter and velvet and shine seem to blend together in a way that makes everything else eternally unremembered. She had those full, red lips that reminded him of black – yes, black, not red – roses; secured, with love, within the very perfumed leaves of a very perfumed book. And she had those eyes, those burning, coal-like, forever-fiery, almond-shaped eyes that spoke of beauty, and of passion.

But none of this quelled, could ever quell, his thirst for her.
