Other wizards or witches might not notice the muggles milling outside it; or the broken Ford Anglia standing a little way off; or the idiocy of everyone who didn't realize that people disappeared into a brick wall, under their very noses.

Bellatrix noticed.

She noticed the muggles, and their folly, and the Ford Anglia, and she hated it. All of it.
