Evan Rosier wiped snow off his face, grinning up at Nott. "I wonder why I see you upside-down," he said, laughing as Nott whacked another snowball into his face.

"Come on, Evan, it's going to be fun," Nott insisted, trying to get him to join their [ferocious] snowball fight. Evan shook his head, as if bored by the prospect, turning to bury his face in the whitish snow. Which, for some reason, refused to feel cold.

Maybe because he was thinking of fires, and roasted turkey, and how similar the scents of chocolate and Bellatrix Black were.
