Elizabeth laughed as Paris tried to mock her about the orange. "I didn't want to eat it with the peel on it," she pointed out with a grin. It wasn't worth it to create more tension in here, when there was so much going on elsewhere in the school.

She continued to eat, after she decided there was no reason to waste the fruit in her hand, as the rest of them discussed what was going on, or their theories about it. But her ears pricked up as the mirror was mentioned. "What exactly is the deal with that mirror?," she asked suddenly. "I mean, I saw it and all, but Professor Forrester kicked me and Ludo out of the room before I could look in it. And nobody would explain what the deal was."
