Tearing himself away from the flames, Helios spoke after he regained his conviction, and was able to focus on his surroundings. "It is almost as if there is some great and terrible plot going on around us, and I have no clue what it all means.." You would think it would be enough to be able to relax in such a interesting room, away from the drama on the outside. Sadly, no, how could anyone relax when there were mysteries to be solved? Elizabeth had been sort of tuning out the conversation Helios was having with the older Slytherin, slowly eating her orange, but her hand stopped as he finally spoke of the incident. "I was in Potions class when that happened. Peeves was wreaking havoc, and then the Patronus message came to alert the headmaster." She glanced around as she paused, thinking about the second part of what he had said.
"Professors are definitely acting weird," she continued. "And, only my opinion, of course, but that would seem to lend credibility to the idea of some sort of plot. Because if someone wanted to get inside Hogwarts, or even already is in the school, having the professors acting all loopy would help out a lot. Keep the attention off you." She sighed as she stopped speaking. Apparently she wasn't the only one curious about what was going on.
