Suddenly, Bunbunz noticed the Seekers zooming right for her head. "EEEEEK! I'm not a SNITCH!!!!!" she screeched in pure terror. "Protect me, my Prefect!" She grabbed Cale for protection but BUHHHUMP!
It was no use, the hyperactive belly of Ian Ashby - the man was probably trying to catch the snitch himself - knocked Bunbunz right off her bench and she pulled Cale down with her.
It might've been a compromising position to say the least...but at least Gryffindor had won, right?
So the game was over, and Anna really
should be on the field congratulating both the Gryffindor and Slytherin teams, but she wasn't. Oh, no. Miss Greingoth was headed into the stands to have a word or two...or three or four...with little Miss Herbology professor. Sure, Anna was only seventeen-years-old, and Professor Bunbury was...
what?...old enough to be her mother, but there came a time when a girl had just
had enough.
For the past few weeks, Cale had been goo-goo-gah-gah over this woman, and Anna had put up with it solely because that "woman" was her professor. The time had come when putting up with this silliness was just no longer an option. Hiking up her robes just a bit to avoid tripping and falling, Anna stomped into the stands, her eyes on two people at once---Mr. "I can't keep my eyes on my own girlfriend," and Mrs. "Alice in Wonderland has a crush on an off-limits teenager." Anna edged her way past a few first years, muttering "Excuse me," "Coming through," and "I'm a girl on a mission" as she lightly pushed her way through the crowd.
As soon as the coast was clear, she marched right on up to Professor Bunbury, who was
on the frazzling ground with Cale. "Get up," Anna snapped, grabbing Cale by the collar of his shirt and yanking. "Professor Bunbury....a word with you, please? Preferably with you standing or at least sitting up..."
