Rosier. She was staring at Evan Rosier.

Diana caught her friend’s expression and – fortunately for Bellatrix – took the disbelief as distaste.

“What?” she asked, defensively. “I know you consider all men beneath your awesomeness or whatever, but he’s not that bad, Bell.”

With an effort, Bellatrix forced herself to look away. The fringes falling to one side lingered in her mind for a moment, until she shook them away.

“He looks like a pile of giant squid fodder,” she said, kicking her spellbook and standing up.

“Why so snappish?” Diana asked, ruffled, but Bellatrix had already stormed
away.
