"I'll borrow them later while we swap gifts," informed Daphne as if their future plans had already been decided on. Surely, Celandine wouldn't oppose to some bonding. Blushing, she held Celandine's hair with one hand and picked up the pink ribbon with the other, wrapping it once around the tendrils. "I think I'm improving. Usually it takes me three tries or more but just the second try and--But you're so much better!" spoke Daphne in awe, looping one end of the ribbon while pushing the other through; the beginnings of a bow. "Sometimes I think you're one of those child prodigies, Celly, do you know them? You could do your own Charms research." Giving the ribbon a good tug to ensure the bow wouldn't come lose, Daphne clapped her hands.

"Done--but like I was saying! Imagine--your articles could be featured in Challenges in Charming--the youngest witch to have ever have a paper publicized."

There her imagination went, dressed in a dowdy pink dress and shiny black pumps.



Startled, Daphne raised her hands as a sign of innocence until, slowly, she realized the situation. "Oh! Sorry for making you worry, Professor," apologized the Gryffindor girl with a small smile. "Somehow, glue got on Cela's hair and--we became stuck."

Again, just how had glue gotten on Celandine's hair?

"I love hugs... and... caramel." Celandine informed Daphne, putting down the quill and looking at the notes she had just made, "I'll tell you aaaaaaaaall about it later." Cela turned her head the tiniest fraction.

"Yes, I am better; but you did really well and we aren't stuck together so thats proof of it." Cela agreed, "I have done research. You know, my shoes? The glisseo ones?" Daphne clearly wasn't all that observant, maybe because she was busy being proper all the time.

The new pink bow in her hair, Celandine turned and smiled at Daphne, "Thank you! I should show you my research some time."

As Professor Ashby approached, Cela's eyes widened and she nodded, "We got stuck to my hair ribbon, It was a little after Lyra went up to get some glue so maybe she saw what happened?" Celandine suggested, her tone clearly idolising of Lyra Noir. "But the charm got us free so I guess it was good practice."
