Technically technical all the time Bookaholic Headmaster Bontecou stepped off the moving staircase and clapped his hands, looking around. A corridor. Right. Looked like every other corridor in this place. He looked up and tried to count the levels to at least figure out what floor he was on. That got him to wondering whether he, as Headmaster, was authorized to hang signs on every corridor to let people know what floor they were on. A lot of muggle buildings had them and the Ministry had that handy disembodied voice on the lift (a godsend for Pepe the Auror when he was stuck doing paperwork). Why couldn't Hogwarts have signs?
