Meredith hadn't really paid much attention to the giggle, but she had heard it. She didn't exactly agree with Jack, though. Sometimes older people giggled too. Well, to be honest..girls most of the time, but whatever. It was indeed strange for a Professor to giggle.
She frowned. "That it strange.. you don't think he's cursed or drank a weird potion, do you?" Dumont shouldn't be like a little kid, he shouldn't think about toy cars..icecream she could imagine, but toys cars.. Why would an adult think about that? Only then did she realise something.
"Wait. How did you know he was thinking about toy cars and stuff anyway?" It couldn't be..unless-an image of an 18 year old boy with blue hair and puple eyes came to her mind, together with the words Arkarian and ThuthSeeer. More magic than she thought excisted in this world appearantly. She thought about a few other things then, distracted. First, she thought about dragons and then of some other people and then about dragons again.. how did they block their thoughts again? Oh, right: one image..
She thought about a brick wall, but decided it wouldn't matter much now. She wouldn't be able to concentrate anyway, and to learn it would take time. If it worked the same way in this world, anyway. She hoped she she hadn't thought anything embarrasing.. Her thoughts had been quite confusing for someone who hadn't read all these books, just now.
But she was getting ahead of herself, she didn't know for sure if Jack was one. Although, it seemed like the only explanation to her. Really, what else could it be?
