Merry looked at the girls ankle. "Well sprain might be the right word. It's definitely swollen but not broken luckily." She wrapped it carefully and put an icepack on it. "Phew!" Rian breathed. A broken ankle was the last thing she wanted. And from her own clumsiness, that would've been embarrassing to tell people.
"Okay ma'am." she said with a bob of her head. She held her foot as still as she could.
She looked around the room as she waited. She couldn't help the smile that spread across her face. Normally, a hospital wouldn't do that to people. But all Rian could think about as she looked at the white sheeted cots was her future, which would hopefully be a a Healer at St. Mungo's.
