"What year are you in?" she asked, curiously. The girl looked like a first or second year and she was pretty sure she hadn't seen her around last year, but then you never knew, some people where long and others short, and she didn't know a lot of people.

Shana smiled.First year. She wrinkled her nose and hiccuped.
