Earlier in the month we told you about a bear, modelled on a scene from
Equus, that was signed by Dan Radcliffe & his co-stars, that was to be auctioned off in aid of
Broadway Cares/Equity Fights Aids.
A live auction was held yesterday in New York where the bear was sold for $10,000. This was the second highest grossing lot after a bear based on the show
Spamalot. In the programme, it was the second to last to be auctioned off and it received, "a lot of interest by phone, online and live."
