"And I'm okay with that," Tobi stopped and faced her. "You know, if the worst thing about me is that I can't lie, I think I'm doing well. Who says lying is a necessary skill?"
Okay so the worst thing about me probably isn't that I can't lie. Tobi admitted to himself. But no need to shout it from the rooftops.
"I just wish I could get it across to her that I'm not on the market, so she'll back off." Tobi looked at his shoes. "I'll figure something out."
