Cadence walked into the room with her usual bounce and found Set. She assumed the save seat was for her so she walked over to him, and he moved his bag and she sat down. She flashed an adoring smile at him and then began preparing for class.

"Now then, to get things started, who can tell me the difference between Charms and Transfiguration? I find that, even to this day, I sometimes have trouble making the distinction. However, you all look like a smart bunch; perhaps you can learn me a thing or two! Remember to raise your hands!"
Cadence raised her hand.
Professor, in transfiguration we learn how to change or create the nature of something, whether by transfiguring it into something else, creating it, or sometimes even by giving life to inanimate objects. In charms we learn how to manipulate objects and people while they retain the same nature.
