Her eyes widened slightly at his mention of an augurey. "Oh, those are really cool. Did you know they like to fly in the rain? Oh, you probably already did your research and already know." She took his sketchpad to examine his drawing. "I guess I'll have to draw by myself," she said with a mock pout. Then, since she was just joking, Mariel handed the drawing back to Nathaniel with a smile and said, "Very nice! So what'd you name him? My jarvey's called Felix. I really need to get back down there to visit him."

Nathaniel couldn't help but laugh at the expression on Mariel's face when he mentioned oatmeal "I like granola as well Mariel.". This girl was a candy fiend he thought to himself.Nathaniel grabbed one of each thing Mariel had pointed out.He had come here to get some things after all so he picked up a four Cherry-center Truffles,4 Fizzing Whizbees,4 Peppermint Humbugs, that Licorice Wand,a thing of Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans, and he wanted a pound of Chocolate dragon fudge. Fudge was his weakness. Nathaniel still had a limp from falling out of that stupid tree.

"Chocolate frogs aren't that bad or like gum. How old are they?" he asked unsure if she'd tell him. "I should get some things for my siblings and my nephews." he said adding some Chocolate frogs to his pile.

He looked at both girls and tried to read their minds.. yea that'd totally work. He didn't know anything about girls.. besides that Freya was a softy and was hiding it. "Do you girl's want to go to do you want to go to Madame Puddifoot's after this?" he said with a smile."My treat..." he added.
