Nancy was, once again, totally lost. She had absolutely no idea where she was, the only thing she was certain of was that she was still inside Hogwarts. Unless...no, she definitely was still inside the castle. But where was she?! Skidding to a halt to look around her at the walls she was standing next to Nancy desperately hoped that something looked familiar. Anything. But no, there was not even a small cobweb she'd already seen somewhere. Nothing, absolutely nothing. She was completely lost. Those stupid moving staircases! They weren't exactly helpful when you've got a sense of orientation like a worm like Nancy had. Not helpful at all. Sigh.
But then, all of a sudden Nancy's head jerked up as she thought she'd heard someone talking not far from where she was standing. Could it really be-? Was there someone around who could help her out of this? Someone who actually knew the way? She immediately started walking towards the sounds of different voices some sounding familiar others not but there definitely were students nearby. Finally after turning another corner Nancy almost ran into a group of students who were gathered around something the young Slytherin couldn't exactly see. "What is this?" She said to no one in particular while standing on her tiptoes to get a better look on what exaclty the whole excitement was about. |
