It all happened so fast, Violet was in his office for the very reason he asked for her. It was a good day, well, he was promoting her. Which was of course a good thing. “Ah yes, take a seat Violet.” The centaur situation was just around the corner, and that needed to be resolved as well. Big, big month for the beast division indeed.
Then a memo slipped under the door, and Teal smiled as he noticed it was the one he send off earlier. A appreciative smile spread across his lips is he read it, looked at his watch, and threw the paper away. He couldn’t wait to see her.
Then there was that knock at the door, and Teal knew exactly who it was. Looking to Violet with a very apologetic look, Teal hollered at the door. “Come on in Jack.” He said gruffly, knowing the sad news that was coming. “Violet, I’m sorry, but if you could just take a quick step outside. Me and Jack have to work something out, it shouldn’t take long.” It really shouldn’t, unless Jack felt like being reminiscent.
After a few final exchanges, Teal signed and signed the papers that he was supposed it. He looked at Jack Lockhart with a small frown and shook his head. "We are gonna miss you Jack." Teal shook the mans hand and watched as he exited.
